Montaire Estates is a shared direct-booking website. The homes on it belong to several independent serviced-accommodation companies — the operators listed below. Each is a separate limited company that owns or leases its own properties and runs its own guest service.
When you book, your contract is with the operator of that home, not with the website. That operator takes your payment directly into its own merchant account, issues your receipt, holds any security deposit and looks after you during the stay. Its name is shown on the property page, at checkout, on your confirmation and on your card statement. The website never holds your money.
